Job Description

Our client is seeking a hands-on  HR Operations & Systems Specialist  to join their People & Culture team. This is a key operational role for someone passionate about  streamlining HR processes, leveraging technology, and driving continuous improvement .

You’ll work across HR systems, employee data, reporting, and initiatives, transforming manual processes into automated, efficient workflows that make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain, optimise, and manage HRIS and employee data with accuracy and compliance.
  • Analyse HR data and produce reports on headcount, turnover, workforce metrics, and trends.
  • Lead automation of HR processes, transforming manual workflows into efficient, scalable solutions.
  • Support end-to-end HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, promotions, and lifecycle changes.
