As an HR Operations Team Leader you will lead a team responsible for delivering high-quality HR administrative services across the entire employee lifecycle within the EMEA region. The successful candidate will ensure operational excellence, process compliance, service quality, and continuous improvement while supporting team development and stakeholder satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Lead, develop, and support a team of HR Operations Specialists, ensuring strong performance, engagement, and continuous development
Oversee end-to-end HR operations processes (onboarding, employee changes, offboarding) ensuring accuracy and compliance with HR policies, labor law, and GDPR
Act as escalation point for complex HR cases and ensure high-quality service delivery in cooperation with Payroll and HR functions
