A HR & Payroll Generalist who Reports to the HR Leader Ireland is required by CareerWise Recruitment for our North Dublin based client. We are seeking an HR Generalist to provide day-to-day HR partnership and operational support for our Corporate functions based in North Dublin. Supporting a population of approximately 90 employees in a stand-alone HR role, this position plays an important part in ensuring consistent, high quality HR service delivery across the full employee lifecycle. A key responsibility of this role is the coordination and oversight of three-monthly payroll cycles, delivered by our outsourced payroll provider. The ideal candidate will bring a strong commitment to accuracy and process excellence, alongside an ability to work collaboratively in a matrix environment with multiple stakeholders.
