Your role operates within a high‑volume delivery context, where you are responsible for maintaining job board integrity across Harri, Indeed, and ZipRecruiter while serving as the primary bridge between candidates and hiring managers.

This is not a passive administrative role. You operate within defined schedules and queues, executing initial screenings and coordinating interview logistics to meet specific hiring targets.
