You will play a key role in shaping global HR standards, driving transformation initiatives, and designing future-ready HR solutions.

Tasks
Act as the process architect for core Employee Lifecycle processes (Germany and globally), ensuring consistency, scalability, and compliance

Identify pain points, create transparent as‑is and to‑be models, design future‑state solutions, oversee implementation, and drive standardization
Balance big‑picture process architecture with concrete improvements, turning ideas into measurable results through structured knowledge transfer and hands‑on support
