Job Description

Position Objective
Manage the design, documentation and continuous improvement of HR global process documentation by drafting, formatting and managing the lifecycle of Policies, SOPs, WIs and related materials.
This role ensures compliance with documentation standards, analyzes current practices, version control, and audit requirements, while gathering process information, mapping workflows and translating them into clear procedures.
The analyst also supports continuous improvement by identifying gaps, embedding key controls, collaborating with stakeholders, escalating automation requests to the HR Tech team, supporting training efforts, and ensuring systematic updates within the project tracking system (Jira) and document repository.
