Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top telecom talent, particularly in fixed and mobile network domains (OSP/ISP, wireless, transmission, switching, core, IP, and related areas).

Source candidates using multiple channels, including job boards, professional networks, social media, and telecom-specific platforms.

Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidates' technical capabilities in alignment with job requirements.

Partner with hiring managers and technical leads to understand staffing needs and create accurate job descriptions.

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle – job posting, talent sourcing, interviews, offers, and onboarding support.

Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future telecom projects.

Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and workforce dynamics in fixed-line, broadband, wireless (2G/3G/4G/5G), and fiber networks....
