Job Description

HR Reporting Analyst

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain regular and ad-hoc HR reports, dashboards, and scorecards (e.g., headcount, turnover, hiring, diversity, compensation, absenteeism).
  • Ensure accuracy, integrity, and consistency of HR data across systems and reports.
  • Analyze HR trends and metrics to provide actionable insights and recommendations to HR leadership and business stakeholders.
  • Support workforce analytics, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting cycles.
  • Collaborate with HR Operations, Talent, Rewards, Finance, and IT teams to align data definitions and reporting standards.
  • Automate and continuously improve reporting processes to enhance efficiency and timeliness.
  • Prepare data submissions for audits, regulatory requirements, and internal governance needs.
