Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Manages the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting vacancies, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews with the hiring managers, conducting reference checks and extending employment offers.
  • Follows up on necessary processes and documentation for new hires.
  • Updates recruitment tracking data and prepares ad-hoc employee reports as needed.
  • Partners with HR Business Partner to develop talent pipelines.
  • Develops and executes sourcing strategies to identify and engage candidates through networking, cold calling, social media, and employee referrals.
  • Builds and maintains relationships with key sourcing partners and contacts to support ongoing talent pipelines.
  • Plans, designs, and coordinates recruitment events such as in-house walk-in interviews and job fairs.
