Job Description
What You Will Do :
- Manage HR administration including employee contracts, pension coordination, employee status, onboarding, and personal data.
- Prepare and maintain HR letters and documentation related to employee assignments and records.
- Oversee the implementation, administration, and ongoing maintenance of the HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams on system enhancements, upgrades, user training, and HRIS monitoring.
- Provide regular HR analytics and trend reports and manage relationships with HR technology vendors.
What We're Looking for :
- Bachelor from any major.
- At least 3 years experience handling HRIS and HR Operation.
- Good knowledge in HRIS systems, data analytics, and labor laws.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Professional proficiency in English language.
