GoGlobal is looking for a proactive, knowledgeable, and people-driven HR Specialist to support employees and client operations across Brazil, Argentina, Chile, and Peru. This role blends hands‑on HR process management as well as some technical payroll expertise, ensuring excellent service delivery and full compliance with local labor and tax regulations. You will serve as the primary HR representative for these markets, collaborating closely with cross‑functional and cross‑border teams. This position requires a self‑motivated and solutions‑oriented professional, capable of navigating complexity and ambiguity while building processes and relationships that enhance the employee experience across Latin America.
