About the job – HR Specialist (Contract) Location:  JAFZA Dubai
Employment Type:  1-year Contract, extendable
Salary:  AED 14,000 per month 
About the Role We’re looking for someone who has the mindset of an HR Business Partner but isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves for the operational legwork – think payroll, end‑of‑service calculations, document coordination, system management, and everything in between. You’ll be embedded within a dynamic HR team, reporting to the Site HR Lead, and working across multiple HR disciplines in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment. 
What You’ll Be Doing Leading payroll administration, final settlements & end‑of‑service processing 
Managing employee onboarding, offboarding, contracts & renewals 
Handling leave management, benefits administration & HR system maintenance (Workday experience is a plus)
