Qualifications
- College Graduate of any 4 year course
- With at least 1-2 years of experience more on employee relation and labor compliance
- With strong business acumen- ability to understand organizational goals
- Willing to work in FPIP Santo Tomas Batangas
Responsibilities
- Implement HR business processes in assigned accounts, ensuring compliance with labor laws, customer requirements, and available resources.
- Coordinate with Supervisors and relevant teams to address employee concerns and suggestions for proper resolution.
- Ensure Supervisors, Managers, and employees are fully informed and understand HRBP-related policies, guidelines, principles, and practices.
- Process, respond to, and close grievances from handled accounts to prevent labor and legal issues.
