Job Description

The Human Resources Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the HR department. This role assists with employee records, recruitment processes, onboarding, benefits administration, and general HR inquiries, helping ensure smooth and efficient HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing documents and conducting orientations
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
  • Assist with payroll preparation, timekeeping, and benefits administration
