Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and document changes in employee schedules, including days off and lunch breaks.
  • Monitor employee attendance and tardiness by checking daily time entries.
  • File employee overtime records through the system and ensure overtime rendered was authorized by the supervisor.
  • Process payroll of agency employees' billings.
  • File employees' 201.
  • Facilitate manpower requests by coordinating with team leaders and service contractors/agencies in hiring store-based personnel.

Qualifications

  • The candidate must possess a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or equivalent.
  • Preferably with 1 year of working experience
  • Good communication skills are necessary
  • The candidate must have leadership and management potential.
  • Willingness to undergo training and seminars is a must
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
