Overview
HR Operations Support
- Lead the implementation of HR initiatives and projects assigned by HQ at the local level.
- Implement office safety protocols, occupational health compliance, and risk mitigation.
- Supporting other ad-hoc duties.
Employee Engagement & Retention
- Plan and initiate employee engagement activities, team building, recognition programs, wellness initiatives, and social activities.
- Conduct surveys, gather employee feedback and propose improvements.
- Develop and manage relationships with department managers to ensure effective delivery of HR services.
- Serve as an accessible point of contact for employee concerns and disciplinary actions.
- Receive resignation notice, issue exit clearance, and conduct exit interviews.
