Responsibilities and Duties
- Manage recruitment processes to source top talent for MattGelo Corporation.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies that comply with industry standards.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding activities.
- Maintain HR records and ensure legal compliance.
- Provide assistance in employee relations and engagement.
- Administer benefits and compensation programs.
- Stay updated on consumer product trends to align our HR strategies.
- Educational Qualifications: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience Level: At least 1-3 years of experience in HR positions with exposure to recruitment, employee relations, and other HR functions.
