Responsibilities and Duties

  • Manage recruitment processes to source top talent for MattGelo Corporation.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies that comply with industry standards.
  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding activities.
  • Maintain HR records and ensure legal compliance.
  • Provide assistance in employee relations and engagement.
  • Administer benefits and compensation programs.
  • Stay updated on consumer product trends to align our HR strategies.
  • Educational Qualifications: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience Level: At least 1-3 years of experience in HR positions with exposure to recruitment, employee relations, and other HR functions.
