Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist in posting job openings and screening resumes
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates
  • Prepare job offer letters and employment contracts
  • Support onboarding (collect documents, orientation setup)
  • Handle day-to-day HR documents (memos, notices, reports)
  • Support compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Coordinate training schedules and logistics
  • Maintain training records
  • Assist in performance evaluation processes

Qualifications

  • With recruitment experience is an advantage.
