Organizational and Learning Development Assistant

Responsibilities

  • Assist in creating, implementing, and evaluating learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Support the learning and development team with administrative tasks, including coordinating training sessions and preparing educational materials.
  • Gather feedback to assess the effectiveness of training initiatives and support the learning and development team in their efforts.
  • Maintain organizational records and ensure compliance with training standards.
