- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, and interviewing candidates.
- Facilitate employee onboarding and orientation to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Assist in maintaining employee records and databases related to payroll, benefits, and performance management.
- Support employee relations efforts, addressing concerns and facilitating conflict resolution.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective talent acquisition strategies.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Experience Level: 13 years
- Skills and Competencies: Strong recruitment and talent acquisition experience
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
