Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and endorsing candidates.
  • Develop and refine recruitment strategies and tools.
  • Draft and update job descriptions and evaluate job functions as needed.
  • Conduct background checks and coordinate with third-party verifiers.
  • Ensure completion of all pre-employment requirements and preparation of job offers and contracts.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date 201 files and HR records.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes including exit interviews, clearances, and final pay.
  • Administer performance appraisals and monitor employee movements.

Administrative Support

  • Plan, coordinate, and document HR programs, projects, and activities.
