Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and endorsing candidates.
- Develop and refine recruitment strategies and tools.
- Draft and update job descriptions and evaluate job functions as needed.
- Conduct background checks and coordinate with third-party verifiers.
- Ensure completion of all pre-employment requirements and preparation of job offers and contracts.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date 201 files and HR records.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes including exit interviews, clearances, and final pay.
- Administer performance appraisals and monitor employee movements.
Administrative Support
- Plan, coordinate, and document HR programs, projects, and activities.
- Liaise with suppliers and contractors for project needs.
