Human Resource
- Recruitment Support : Posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, preparing contracts.
- Onboarding & Training : Organizing new hire orientations, coordinating training sessions, processing new hire paperwork.
- Employee Records : Maintaining accurate employee databases, filing documents, tracking attendance/leave, updating HRIS.
- Payroll & Benefits : Assisting with payroll processing, resolving errors, managing benefit inquiries and vendor communication.
- Administrative Tasks : Managing HR emails, scheduling meetings, preparing reports, handling general employee questions.
- Compliance & Policy : Supporting policy implementation, ensuring data confidentiality, staying updated on HR best practices.
Admin
- Answering phones, greeting visitors, managing emails, and handling incoming/outgoing mail.
