Your Task:

+ Responsible for the new employee onboarding process, including confirmation of onboarding, material collection, signing of contracts and related documents, etc., both online and onsite.

+ Facilitate exit process, including process review, informing all internal parties, explain enquires to ensure there are no disputes or controversies.

+ Maintain and ensure proper documentation of employee database and personnel files online and offline

+ Be responsible for contract renewal and probation evaluation tracking.
