HDEC DONGAH JOINT VENTURE are looking for HR Payroll staff to join our team. As a payroll staff, you will be responsible for tracking and managing our company’s payroll data. You will be required to track employee work hours, prepare compensation checks, calculate bonuses and allowances, and respond to employee questions about wages and deductions.
Payroll Staff Responsibilities
- Collect daily, weekly, and monthly employee timesheets.
- Calculate employee work hours.
- Calculate employee benefits and deductions.
- Ensure taxes comply with company and state regulations.
- Compile summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and non‑taxable wages.
- Distribute payment statements.
- Respond to employee questions about compensation, taxes, benefits, and deductions.
- Enter new employee data into the company database.
