Key Responsibilities

Outsourced Manpower Management

  • Coordinate with manpower vendors/agencies for deployment of outsourced staff.
  • Monitor attendance, manpower strength, shift allocation, and replacement requirements.
  • Ensure timely onboarding, documentation, and exit formalities of outsourced employees.
  • Maintain updated records of outsourced staff across departments/locations.
  • Verify invoices, attendance sheets, and billing details submitted by vendors.

Compliance Management

  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory regulations, and company policies.
  • Monitor contractor compliance related to PF, ESI, Bonus, Minimum Wages, PT, and other statutory requirements.
  • Maintain compliance trackers, licenses, registrations, and statutory records.
  • Coordinate with vendors for submission of monthly compliance documents.
