About the Role
The HR Supervisor will be the key person responsible for employee engagement, labor relations, and related functions in the People Operations Department.
Responsibilities
- Drive programs under the People Operations department and in charge of case management and employee engagement.
- Handle performance management and other special projects that may be assigned.
- Improve, propose, and implement employee engagement activities.
- Act as the advisor to stakeholders for all people‑related issues/concerns.
Requirements
- At least 3–5 years of supervisory experience from the outsourcing industry.
- Strong background in employee engagement/labor relations.
- General knowledge of labor standards, statutory benefits, employee engagement practices and other key HR processes.
- Knowledgeable in social compliance and audit.
- Proactive, organized, and results‑oriented.
