HR Supervisor
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding (skilled workers, engineers, site staff, office personnel)
- Handle employee relations, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution
- Oversee payroll coordination, timekeeping, and benefits administration
- Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and DOLE regulations
- Manage government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR)
- Develop performance management systems
- Support training and development initiatives
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Provide HR reports and workforce analytics to management
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years HR experience, must be in the construction industry
