Job Description

HR Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding (skilled workers, engineers, site staff, office personnel)
  • Handle employee relations, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution
  • Oversee payroll coordination, timekeeping, and benefits administration
  • Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and DOLE regulations
  • Manage government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR)
  • Develop performance management systems
  • Support training and development initiatives
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Provide HR reports and workforce analytics to management

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3–5 years HR experience, must be in the construction industry
