Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary HR contact for assigned business units
  • Support managers in handling employee relations concerns and disciplinary cases
  • Assist in implementing performance management processes (KPIs, evaluations, coaching)
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition on manpower requirements and hiring coordination
  • Monitor employee engagement and help drive retention initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR procedures
  • Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Assist in organizational development initiatives and team structure improvements
  • Prepare HR reports and analyze basic HR metrics (attrition, attendance, performance trends)
  • Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
