Serve as an HR Systems Specialist ensuring effective data management and operational support. Focus on maintaining system integrity and enhancing HR processes in a collaborative environment.
In this role, you will collaborate with various teams to manage HR data within SuccessFactors, ensuring compliance and functionality of systems. You will also support key projects and daily operations to enhance talent management and streamline processes across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and audit HR data within systems
• Support project implementation and system testing
• Act as level 2 support for HR system issues
• Maintain knowledge content for talent processes
• Analyze impacts of system enhancements
Requirements:
• 1–2 years of experience in HR systems
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant equivalent experience
