Job Description

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree Holder in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resources or equivalent

  • Minimum of two years' experience professional experience in corporate recruitment (direct) and HR vendor management (outsourced)

  • With above-average communication skills (written, oral and interpersonal). Has the ability to communicate with various level of management.

  • Willing to travel as needed.

  • Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Closely coordinates with hiring managers, operations team, and manpower agencies for direct and outsourced request.

  • Conducts end to end recruitment for corporate recruitment.
