About the job HR Talent Supply Demand Specialist

KEY RESPONSIBLITIES:

  • Lead a forecasting/analytics team
  • Drive multiple visualization & analytics on forecasting monthly
  • Prepare analytical and trend reports, create graphics,and provide stakeholder ready material
  • Design dashboards and other reporting tools used byinternal stakeholders
  • Identify business challenges with stakeholders and helpprovide analytics using statistical methods
  • Manage and prioritize a variety of unexpected taskswhile continuing to successfully conduct day-to-day operations withoutinterruption
  • Perform range of ad-hoc analyses in support of keybusiness initiatives

TO QUALIFY:

  • Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree course
  • Must have at least 5 years relevant experience with 2-3years supervisory role
  • Strong project management
  • Proficient in MS Excel formula, reporting and dashboard
