Job Description

  • Lead the HR Data and Reporting Unit under the HR Technical Section of the HR Service Center, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of HR reports.
  • Train, coach, and monitor performance of HR Data Reporting Analysts.
  • Analyze HR metrics and trends to forecast outcomes and support strategic HR decisions.
  • Coordinate with HR Systems, QA, and Support teams to ensure data integrity across HR systems.
  • Manage reporting requirements of stakeholders and propose data-driven solutions.
  • Enhance reporting processes and tools to strengthen HR analytics capabilities.

Job Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of HR reporting/analytics experience, with 2 years in a lead role.
