Job Description

As an HR Technician, your primary responsibility will be to support the coordination of workforce assignments, including agency staff, across production and maintenance teams.

More specifically, you will:

Collaborate proactively in coordinating workforce movements across production and maintenance based on Davie’s operational needs.

Take part in weekly workforce planning meetings to align staffing levels with business needs, employee skills, and scheduling requirements, and share updates with the right stakeholders.

Support all stages of workforce assignment as part of the staffing planning process for both employees and agency personnel.

Work closely with staffing agency representatives and act as a key point of contact for resource allocation.

Communicate schedule changes to agency staff and their managers, and keep supervisors informed of workforce adjustments.
