Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Technology Specialist (m/f/d) to join our team to support the implementation and ongoing operation of UKG solutions (People Assist, Document Manager, and Smart Document Generation). This role is pivotal during the implementation phase, focusing on the configuration and operational execution of system requests. Post go‑live, the position will transition into a Tier 2 support role, serving as a key contact for issue resolution and continuous improvement of the platform.

Key Responsibilities

During Implementation Phase

  • Collaborate with project teams and HR stakeholders to support the roll‑out of UKG modules (People Assist, Document Manager, Smart Document Generation) across countries/regions.
  • Configure and build requests, workflows, and document templates within the UKG platform.
  • Participate in testing activities (e.g., UAT), validate system behavior, and report issues.
