Key Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for employees and managers on all people-related matters. Drive regular employee connects including 1:1s, onboarding check-ins, resignation discussions, and exit formalities. Maintain and manage HR data across HRMS platforms and offline trackers with accuracy and confidentiality.
