About the Opportunity - Leading HRIS Transformation Journey 
This is a hands-on, fixed-term opportunity to lead the successful implementation of a new Human Resource Information System (HRIS). You will act as the key liaison between internal stakeholders and the external implementation partner, ensuring the system is delivered on time, within scope, and fully compliant with Australian regulatory requirements. With a strong focus on Core HR and Payroll, you’ll also support performance management, recruitment, and learning systems, driving both technical delivery and organisational readiness.
