Position SummaryThe HRIS Specialist will be responsible for the end-to-end management of the company's Human Resources Information System (HRIS), HR data governance, analytics, process digitalization, and system optimization. This role serves as a key partner to HR, IT, and business stakeholders in driving HR operational excellence, data‑driven decision‑making, and digital transformation initiatives across the organization.
