OVERVIEW

Reporting directly to the Compensation Director, the HRIS & WMS Analyst is responsible for the configuration, integrity and ongoing support of Workday HCM and UKG Workforce Management. The role supports both unionized and salaried non‑union employee populations, with a primary focus on time management, payroll‑related controls and broader HCM data structures that enable efficient and compliant HR processes across the organization.

The HRIS Analyst ensures alignment between system design, business requirements and operational realities, validates that configuration changes are implemented correctly, and supports accurate employee data and pay outcomes across both union and non‑union environments. The role also contributes to continuous improvement by strengthening controls, supporting organizational changes, simplifying configuration where possible, and participating in release, testing and enhancement activities across HRIS platforms.
