Job Description

  • Conduct learning needs analysis and manage learning offers accordingly for the assigned department(s) via partnering with stakeholders to identify capability gaps and ensure alignment of programs with organizational priorities in collaboration with department Training Coordinators & HRBPs (if any).
  • Design and develop learning programs and content as per the assigned topics, leveraging modern learning theories/ methodologies and instructional design principles to create impactful and engaging experiences.
  • Coordinate and deliver learning initiatives, managing end-to-end scheduling, logistics, and execution of in-person, virtual, and blended programs, including e-learning and instructor-led sessions.
  • Administer relevant Learning Management System (LMS), overseeing course catalog management, participant tracking, reporting/ utilizing training effectiveness data to ensure data accuracy, enhancements when needed.
