In this role, you act as a key partner in improving our safety and risk culture. You will work closely with managers, project leads, and HSEC & Human Rights teams to bring risk management strategies to life on the ground. Whether you’re guiding a risk review, supporting compliance activities, or coaching teams in best practices, your focus is always on helping people stay safe and make informed decisions.
