Job Overview
Supervise dining services, transportation service and annual uniforms delivery among other personnel services to plant workers in a manufacturing facility.
Job Responsibilities- Implement controls to ensure quality in services.
- Address complaints and suggestions from users.
- Support billing controls.
- Place purchase orders.
- Actively participate, together with the commercial area, in tenders and supplier selection process.
- Report to top management status of activities through clear but simplified executive reports.
- Manage suppliers with a focus on food, transportation and uniform services.
- Maintain close interaction with union representatives and union workers.
- Negotiate contracts, commercial conditions, deliverables and scope of food services, transportation, uniforms and services to personnel.
- Develop and monitor KPIs.
