Job Overview

Supervise dining services, transportation service and annual uniforms delivery among other personnel services to plant workers in a manufacturing facility.

Job Responsibilities
  • Implement controls to ensure quality in services.
  • Address complaints and suggestions from users.
  • Support billing controls.
  • Place purchase orders.
  • Actively participate, together with the commercial area, in tenders and supplier selection process.
  • Report to top management status of activities through clear but simplified executive reports.
  • Manage suppliers with a focus on food, transportation and uniform services.
  • Maintain close interaction with union representatives and union workers.
  • Negotiate contracts, commercial conditions, deliverables and scope of food services, transportation, uniforms and services to personnel.
  • Develop and monitor KPIs.
