HSE Advisor

Monadelphous is seeking 2x experienced HSE Advisor to work within our Mining and Minerals North West Region. Playing an essential role in the Coastal & West Pilbara team’s Cape Lambert and Dampier works.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide HSE advice and expertise to the site team.
• Conducting and supporting HSE audits, inspections, investigations and training/awareness.
• Monitor work practices to ensure adherence to safety and environmental procedures and standards.
• Ensure all HSE processes and activities; JHA’s, permits etc. comply with relevant HSE legislation and company standards.
• Provide hands on support to implement HSE improvements, plans or solutions.
