ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist the HSE Manager to uphold WSH regulations, requirements and standards for the designated project, actively contributing to compliance monitoring and implementation.
- Drive the implementation and adherence to the group's Integrated Management System (IMS), actively engaging in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure timely inspections and audits are carried out and promptly address any identified issues through corrective actions.
- Ensure HSE training is conducted in accordance with the established training program and matrix. Include but not limited to HSE inductions, HSE procedures, Emergency Response.
- Ensure strict compliance with Risk Assessment (RA) thorough hazard identification and evaluation, ensuring comprehensive risk mitigation strategies.
