During the transformation phase, the HSEQ Advisor will work closely with Operational Managers and the Client to provide assurance that health and safety procedures, safe systems of work and risk management practices are fully implemented. 
Once the account transitions into business as usual (BAU), the role will focus on directly supporting and advising the Key Account Director, embedding a strong and sustainable safety culture across the contract.
Key Responsibilities
Support the stabilisation and transformation of HSEQ processes into a new contract, ensuring client expectations are met within agreed timescales.
Provide practical, proactive HSEQ support to enable operational teams and stakeholders to work safely, efficiently and in line with required standards.
Collaborate with client counterparts to ensure HSEQ processes meet expectations while maintaining ISS internal standards.
