HTST Master Operator - 3rd Shift

**Job Description**
**GENERAL PURPOSE**

Maintain safe and efficient operation and cleaning of production equipment, maximizing production up-time, to produce safe quality foods.

**JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

· Perform and master all items covered in job descriptions for the filler, processor, and box room job duties

· Effectively and efficiently set up and operation of filler and processing equipment for production

· Perform CIP and manual washing of all machines and components

· Perform chemical concentration checks and routine quality checks on finished product

· Monitor and maintain quality of product and all processes

· Report any food safety and food quality related issues to management immediately

· Maintain safe working conditions for employees and compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding health and safety issues
