Job Description:

• Inspect and assess property conditions before the company proceeds with leasing to ensure the site meets operational and safety requirements.
• Identify required repair, improvement, or renovation scope needed for warehouse operations.
• Negotiate commercial terms of the lease agreement with the landlord once the site survey is completed.
• Negotiate with landlords/lessors on repair responsibilities and renovation scope to ensure the property is delivered in suitable condition.
• Manage renovation and construction timelines to ensure site readiness before hub go-live.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Operations, Expansion, Contract team and Set up team) to align operational and contractual requirements.
