Job Description
IT By Design is hiring a Hub Spot Administrator to own the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and evolution of our Hub Spot CRM ecosystem following a major data architecture redesign. This is a strategic revenue operations role. You will be the internal expert responsible for keeping a sophisticated, custom-built Hub Spot environment running cleanly, accurately, and in support of our sales, customer success, finance, and leadership teams.
You'll work closely with our leadership to translate business needs into Hub Spot configuration changes, maintain data integrity across pipelines, and build out reporting that drives real decisions.
