Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Optimize CRM architecture, including pipelines, properties, workflows, automations, and lifecycle stages
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps teams to improve operational processes and reporting
  • Build and maintain lead scoring, lead routing, and automation workflows
  • Improve CRM data quality, governance, and standardization
  • Create dashboards and reporting for pipeline health, attribution, forecasting, and GTM performance
  • Support inbound, outbound, upsell, and marketing campaign operations inside HubSpot
  • Improve marketing-to-sales handoff processes and lifecycle tracking
  • Reduce manual operational work through automation and process improvements
  • Train and mentor RevOps, Sales, and Marketing teams on HubSpot best practices
  • Recommend scalable GTM and CRM improvements
