Job Summary
KDCI Outsourcing is seeking a HubSpot CRM Administrator to serve as the go‑to expert for all things HubSpot. This role is responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing the CRM system to ensure data integrity, improve system usage, and support cross‑functional teams. The HubSpot CRM Administrator will oversee workflows, reporting, automation, and CRM best practices to drive adoption and efficiency across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the day‑to‑day administration and configuration of HubSpot CRM.
- Manage user permissions, team settings, pipelines, properties, and integrations.
- Design, build, and maintain scalable workflows, sequences, automation, and lead scoring models.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
