In general, this entails active management of the Engineer, Procure, Construct (EPC) vendors with respect to their HFE scope through all phases of engineering change: scoping, design, installation and commissioning planning, installation, commissioning, available for service (AFS) and close-out. This scope is distributed across greater than 120 projects across all units and numerous non-identical component replacements (NICRs) associated with the following PNR project bundles:Retube & Feeder ReplacementBoiler ReplacementT...
